Can anyone recommend a scary movie (Actually scary)?

The original Exorcist seems to have everything you want -- suspense, tension, horror elements, not much violence. I'm amazed when I see people who DON'T think it's scary -- though some of the makeup effects do look pretty 1973 these days... but if you let yourself watch without distractions, really get into it ... wow, it is awesome.
