I am afraid of guys...how do I stop being afraid?

I have the same issue but with everyone. There are a few that I truly trust. Anyways, guys. How I come to trust them? Well... I have to know them for long and see if they're trustworthy. You know, make sure they don't stab you in the back. Besides that, you have the right to choose your friends and the guy to trust. Try talking and bonding once in a while, it will open you up.
