Is it likely that i will get automatic acceptance to uc schools through the elc program?

I think it said they use your sophomore to junior year weighted gpa. Mine is a 4.07 but a 3.83 including freshmen year. So is it likely? My gpa is pretty damn good in my opinion but i have a feeling that top 5% is going to be the crazies with 4.5 averages.
