Looking for the best male belly band for my dog?

We have 2 dogs poodles that we saved. Well we got both oF them fixed for many reasons. But one still wants to mark, we are working with him...but he has To stay in the laundry room alot because of the marking. I know it will take time a training...i know that...what I need is a tool for now so he can come in more. So some people think the male belly bands are the worst things ever...but i think locking him up alot is worse. So all I want and need to know is any experiences with the belly bands. Any ideas with/about them and what i should look for. Some even come with a strap around the neck, so it doesn't slip. NO CRAZIES PLEASE...DO HAVE TIME FOR YOUR INSANE RUDE THOUGHTS.......ONLY NORMAL ANIMAL LOVING PEOPLE WITH GOOD IDEAS!!!!!!
