Why havnt I gotten my period since the 6th of may?!?

Okay so I'm 13 years old and I turn 14 at the end of October. I don't get my period regularly. But the last time I got my period waas the 1st to the 6th of may..could by even way more. However I have been getting sticky white gooy stuff in my undies lately. Plz help and is there any way at all u can make your period come quicker? just plz help
